This exciting new class is now forming.
You might decide to remain single - that's ok too! We're not all 'marriage material'! If you're single, and want healthy dating experiences, this class is still for you. If you're considering marriage and a family, it's a must!
We've all had 'interesting' dates - some funny, some - not so much. Share your stories while helping others who are heading down that familiar path of which you are familiar.
First dates are exciting, mesmerizing, even addictive - we want to spend every moment with our new love. But we owe it to ourselves to improve our dating skills. Know the danger signs (Red Flags); you've already seen some - drinking, $$ problems, few friends (he or she doesn't like yours either), doesn't like your family, easily angered, just to name a few. In the excitement of a new relationship, we look for qualities to make up for those danger signs. This is a serious mistake. Let's recognize red flags and make good decisions.
I hope to have a diverse group - younger (at least 18), older, all ethnic backgrounds and levels of experience & education. You can learn and teach others from your experiences. Have friends said they don't like your special someone? How dare they? They just don't understand! (or do they?). If 'everyone' else sees something you don't see, at least consider they can't all be wrong. Learn to examine internal feeings and anxieties; is it excitement or anxiety? - those feelings are there for a reason. In class, I promise professional and compassionate feedback.
Schedule: DATING 102: Recognizing Red Flags
Time: Saturdays -undateD in Arcadia
9:30AM - 11:00AM
Class fees: $79/per class
This class requires complete commitment. We follow a strict agenda so I cannot introduce new students after the first meeting. Be serious about this because you will financially commit to 10 sessions. I can only invite a certain amount of students due to limited space, so if students leave before completion, I'm unable to replace them. I'm looking forward to meeting you.
